Key takeaways

  • Create a free account, open Apply as publisher in the dashboard and fill in four fields. A person on our team reviews every application by hand, usually within one or two business days.
  • After approval every app you add goes live right away, with no review for each app. Every app must still meet the publisher rules at all times.
  • We approve real properties with real, logged-in users, fair reward rules, a privacy notice, users aged 16 or older, and an honest, visible place for the offerwall.

How do you get approved as a Moonetix publisher?

Create a free account at moonetix.com/register, then open Apply as publisher at the top of the dashboard sidebar and send the four-field application: how our team can reach you, your website or app URL, your monthly active users, and a description of your property. A person on our team reviews every application by hand, usually within one or two business days. We approve real properties with real users who log in, fair reward rules, a privacy notice, users aged 16 or older, and an honest, visible place for the offerwall.

Once your account is approved, you add apps and use every integration right away, with no review for each app. Most of what we check is already in your hands, so work through the checklist at the end of this page before you apply.

Who can apply?

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, because a publisher account involves payments and a binding agreement. If you apply for a company, you must be allowed to act on its behalf. Each business may hold one Moonetix account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

There is no minimum traffic. Small, real communities are welcome. What matters is that real people use your property for its own sake: a rewards site, a game, a mobile app, a Discord or Telegram community, or a tool where users log in and earn your own currency or points.

Step 1: create your account

Go to moonetix.com/register. Sign up with Google or Discord, or fill in Username (3 to 20 letters and numbers), Email address and Password (at least 10 characters), and click Create account. Every Moonetix account is a publisher account, and you log in at moonetix.com/login.

Right after sign-up you can already use your Dashboard, Referrals, Promo assets, your Account page, the Academy and the docs. Apps, Offers and the reports show a lock icon until your application is approved. Because your account will hold your earnings, read how to secure your Moonetix account before you go further.

Step 2: send the publisher application

Click Apply as publisher at the top of the sidebar (on a phone, Apply in the tab bar). The page shows What we look at next to the form, which asks for:

FieldWhat to enter
How can our team reach you?Choose Telegram, Discord or Microsoft Teams, and enter your username or invite link.
Website or app URLThe full address starting with https://, or a store link, of the property you want to show offers on.
Monthly active usersUnder 1,000; 1,000 to 10,000; 10,000 to 100,000; or Over 100,000.
About your website or app30 to 2,000 characters: what it is, who your users are, where they come from, and how you plan to show the offers.

Click Send application. By sending it, you agree to the publisher terms. The sidebar item changes to Application pending, and the page shows three steps: Application sent, In review, and Decision.

Tip: describe your traffic as it really is

Name your real sources, for example “Google search and our Discord server, mostly US and UK, about 3,000 logged-in users a month” (an illustrative example). The reviewer visits your property, and what they see should match what you wrote.

What our team checks

We review you and the property you describe. The criteria are in the Terms of Service, section 7, and the application page sums them up:

  • A real website, app, game or community with its own users, that you own or run. It must be live, reachable and have real content.
  • Honest traffic: no bots, no fake accounts, and no paying people only to complete offers. A property built mainly to generate completions from bots, proxies, bought installs or your own accounts is declined.
  • Your users log in, so every reward goes to one real person through a stable user ID.
  • Fair to your users: clear rules about how rewards work and when they are paid, every promised reward paid, and no fees to unlock rewards. The FTC’s truth in advertising page is a good reference: claims must be truthful and not misleading, and that includes what users can earn.
  • Suitable content: no adult, illegal or infringing material.

Your terms and privacy notice

Your terms should explain your reward currency and how users cash out. Your privacy notice must cover the data that reaches Moonetix when users open the wall; What data the wall collects lists it. App stores require a privacy policy anyway: Google Play’s User Data policy says all apps must post a privacy policy link in Play Console, and Apple’s App Review Guidelines (5.1.1) require a privacy policy link both in App Store Connect and inside the app (both checked on November 4, 2026). For EU users, read Offerwall and GDPR.

Age rules

End users must be at least 16, with parental permission under 18. An offerwall does not belong in a property aimed at children. In the US, the FTC’s COPPA Rule covers sites and services aimed at children under 13 and operators that knowingly collect their data. Offerwall age rules and Offerwalls in kids apps and COPPA explain how to keep younger users away from the wall.

Offerwall placement rules

Show the offerwall openly, somewhere users know what they are opening. An iframe or the floating button only loads on https pages of the website you register for the app and its subdomains. Opening the link in a tab, a new window or a mobile WebView works anywhere, and opening it in a pop-up after the user clicks, as the floating button does, is fine. The offerwall must never be placed:

  • inside hidden iframes, in pop-ups or new windows that open without the user’s click, or in pop-unders,
  • behind a paywall,
  • next to adult, illegal or infringing content,
  • in any context that misdescribes what a user must do to earn a reward.

You may show the offers under your own brand, but do not pretend to be Moonetix and do not hide that the offers come from third-party advertisers. Once you are live, the traffic quality rules and how to promote your offerwall decide which completions count.

Step 3: the decision

You get an email and a dashboard notification either way. If you are approved, the notification reads “You are now a Moonetix publisher” and links straight to Add a new app; How to create your first app walks through the form. From then on, every app you create is live right away.

If your application is not approved, the Apply as publisher page shows the reason, and the form is there again for updated details. The most common reasons:

Reason we giveWhat to do
We could not open your website or appCheck the address and that the site is online, then apply again.
The website looks unfinished or has very little contentApply again once it is live with real content.
We could not find real users yetApply again once real people use the property.
The application does not tell us enoughDescribe your property, your users and where the wall will go.
We could not confirm that you run the websiteApply again with details that show it is yours.
You already have a Moonetix publisher accountUse your existing account; one account per business.

Applying again only helps once the reason no longer applies. We may decline repeated applications for the same property without a new review if nothing has changed.

After approval

Each website, game or app where you show offers becomes an app with its own currency, design, keys and postback. Every app gets every integration: the signed offerwall link or iframe, the floating Earn button, the Offers API, and the SDKs for Android, iOS, Unity, Flutter and React Native. Our team can still pause an app or ban an account, for example for fraud, poor traffic quality or a break of the rules. How Moonetix reviews offers and apps explains what happens then.

Checklist before you apply

  1. Your property is live, reachable and has real users who log in.
  2. You know which domain the offerwall will live on.
  3. You can describe your audience, platforms and main countries in a few sentences.
