Every offer you started shows its status in My offers on the offerwall.

We tell the site the moment your reward is credited, and the site adds it to your balance in its own currency.

What to check first.

Most missing rewards come down to one of these. Run through the list before you send a report.

  1. You met every requirement

    New users only, the exact level, sign-up, or purchase, and the right country. Read the steps again on the offer page.

  2. You started from the offerwall

    Tap Start on the offerwall every time. Opening the app or site directly means the advertiser cannot see that you came from us.

  3. Same device and browser

    Finish on the device where you tapped Start, and do not clear cookies or switch browsers in between.

  4. No VPN, proxy, or blockers

    VPNs, ad blockers, and tracking blockers can hide your completion from the advertiser, and many offers do not reward VPN traffic.

  5. It was your first time

    Most offers pay once per person. If you used the app or service before, it usually does not count.

  6. You finished in time

    Complete the offer within the time it shows. A started offer expires when that time runs out.

  7. You waited 24 hours

    Some advertisers confirm completions once or twice a day, so a reward can arrive the next day.

  8. You checked My offers

    My offers on the offerwall shows the offers you started and are still finishing, with their status and goals. Finished offers move to My rewards.

You started it, and not every step is confirmed yet. Steps already confirmed are credited.
Confirming
You reached a step, and the advertiser is still confirming it.
In My rewards
Every step was confirmed. The offer leaves My offers, and the reward shows in My rewards and was sent to the site.
Reversed
A credited reward was taken back, for example after a refund or fraud.
Expired
The time to finish a started offer ran out.

How long does it take to get a reward from an offer?

Most offers are credited within minutes after the advertiser confirms the step you reached. Some advertisers confirm in batches, so allow up to 24 hours before you report a reward as missing.

I completed an offer but did not get my reward. What should I do?

Wait 24 hours, then open My offers on the offerwall. If the offer still shows In progress or Expired, or is not listed, tap Report on the offer, or use the form on this page. Include your user ID, the offer name, and the date you completed it.

Where do I find my user ID?

Open the offerwall, go to My offers, and tap Report on the offer. This form opens with your user ID and the offer already filled in. If the offer is not listed, ask the site or app where you use the offerwall for your user ID.

Why was my reward rejected or reversed?

The advertiser found that a requirement was not met, for example a returning user, a VPN, or a refunded purchase. If you think it is a mistake, report it with the form on this page and we check it with the advertiser.

My rewards shows the reward, but my balance on the site did not change. Who can help?

The site or app you use pays your rewards. Moonetix has already reported the reward to it, so contact the support of that site and mention the offer and the date.

Can Moonetix guarantee a missing reward?

We review every report and contact the advertiser when needed, but the records of the advertiser decide whether an offer was completed. If they confirm it, the reward is credited and the site receives it automatically.

How long does it take to answer a report?

We usually reply by email within a few business days. Reports that need an answer from the advertiser can take longer, and we keep you updated.
