Game servers

Monetize your game server without pay-to-win.

Give players who will not pay a way to earn the same cosmetics and perks your store sells. The offerwall sits on your server's website, credits your server currency, and pays you per completed offer.

  • 3,000+ offersmatched by country, device
  • 16+minimum end-user age
  • Signedpostback for every credit

How do you monetize a Minecraft server with an offerwall?

You put the offerwall on an earn page on your server’s website, behind the player’s account. Players complete offers, such as trying an app or answering a survey, and earn your server coins, which they spend on cosmetics or perks that give no competitive advantage. You earn per completed offer. Mojang’s Usage Guidelines require that the currency has no real-world value, cannot be cashed out or moved to other servers, and that everything stays suitable for all ages.

How it works for Game servers.

From the first click to the reward in your currency, in five steps.

  1. Player signs in on your site

The earn page sits behind your website login, so the wall opens for that player's site account, not an in-game name.

  2. Offers for their country

The wall shows offers that match the player's country and device. VPN, proxy and data center traffic is blocked.

  3. Player completes an offer

They try an app or answer a survey. Each offer shows how many of your coins it pays.

  4. Signed postback to you

Your web server receives a signed server-to-server postback with the player ID, transaction ID and reward.

  5. Coins land in your economy

You add the coins to the balance your store and in-game plugin read. The player spends them like bought coins.

Why Game servers owners add Moonetix.

One pay-per-result affiliate network, built around your currency and your users.

  • A free path to your store

Players who cannot or will not pay earn the same cosmetics and comfort perks buyers get, so your store feels fair to everyone.

  • Your coins, your rate

Set the currency name and icon, units per $1, user split and rounding. Price it against your store with the currency calculator.

  • Lives outside the game

The wall runs on your website, not in a game UI or chat, which keeps it clear of the in-game rules most studios set.

  • Credits you can trust

Every credit and every reversal arrives as a signed postback. Credit coins only from it, once per transaction ID.

  • Harder to farm with alts

Users on VPNs, proxies, Tor or data center networks are blocked from the wall. See stopping multi-accounting.

  • Reports by offer and country

See clicks, conversions and reversals by country, offer and sub ID, plus a traffic quality report for your server site.

What each game allows.

Our reading of each studio’s server rules, checked on November 5, 2026. None of them mention offerwalls by name, so stay well inside what they allow.

“Not addressed” means the rules say nothing about it, not that it is allowed. Read the full rules for Minecraft, Rust, Hytale, ARK, and FiveM.

Each game, its own rules.

An offerwall never overrides a game's terms. This is what each studio's official pages say. None of them mention offerwalls, so stay well inside them and read the live pages before launch.

Do

  • Minecraft: coins buy only cosmetics or perks with no competitive advantage, and never cash out or move to other servers, as Mojang’s guidelines require.
  • Rust: Facepunch allows your own server currency and cosmetics. Never give Facepunch DLC to players who have not bought it, for coins or otherwise.
  • Hytale: EULA 7.7 allows in-server items and currency, and 7.8 bans cash-out. All Ages servers may show only family-safe ads, so use the wall on Teen or Mature servers.
  • ARK: Survival Ascended: count earn-page income toward running costs. The server EULA treats revenue beyond operational costs or tipping as commercial use.

Do not

  • FiveM: do not pay FiveM currency or items from offers. Rockstar’s Creator PLA bans selling in-game currency and in-game third-party ads.
  • CS2: no offers in game and no points for skins. Valve’s Game Server Operation Guidelines ban faking inventory items.
  • Minecraft: do not hide coin prices. Mojang requires all content and pricing to be shown before a player joins, signs up or signs in.
  • Any game: never sell power, never let coins cash out or trade for real money, and never make joining the server depend on completing offers.

Set it up in four steps.

  1. Apply as a publisher

Apply and describe your server, its game and your players’ ages honestly. Every application is reviewed by hand, and once you are approved, sites you add are live right away.

  2. Add your server’s website

Set your coin name and icon, conversion rate, user split and wall design in the live preview. On Minecraft, keep the name clearly different from Minecoins.

  3. Build the earn page

Your web server signs the offerwall link with the player’s site account ID and shows it as an iframe behind sign-in and an age check, or as a floating Earn button.

  4. Credit coins from the postback

Add coins once per transaction ID to the balance your store and plugin read, and remove them on a reversal. Then test before launch.

Game servers questions

What game servers owners ask before they add Moonetix.

Still have a question? Contact us

Can a Minecraft server use an offerwall?

Mojang’s Usage Guidelines do not mention offerwalls and say uncovered uses probably need written permission. Stay inside the currency rules: no real-world value, no cash-out, no transfer, cosmetics and fair perks only. See monetizing a Minecraft server.

Is pay-to-win allowed on Minecraft servers?

No. The Usage Guidelines allow gameplay entitlements only if they do not ruin other players’ experience or give a competitive advantage.

Can players cash out the coins they earn?

No. Coins stay inside your server. Minecraft, Hytale and other studios ban currencies that cash out or trade for real money.

Can a FiveM server use an offerwall?

Our reading of Rockstar’s Creator PLA is no, unless Rockstar agrees in writing, because it bans selling in-game currency and in-game ads, and Tebex is the only permitted payment route. See monetizing a FiveM server.

How old do players need to be?

End users must be at least 16, with parental permission under 18. Ask for age at sign-up on your site. If most of your players are younger, an offerwall is the wrong tool.

Does the offerwall go inside the game?

No. It goes on your server’s website behind sign-in. The link uses the player’s site account ID, never an in-game name, SteamID or Discord ID.

How do earned coins reach players in game?

Your web server verifies the signed postback and adds the coins to the same balance your store and in-game plugin already read. A reversal takes them back.

How do I price coins against my store?

Start from your store price. If 500 coins cost $5 in your store, 100 coins equal $1, so set your rate near that and pick the share of each payout that goes to players (illustrative figures). See setting your exchange rate.
