Key takeaways

  • Click Offers in the sidebar, pick the app at the top, and click Hide or Show on any offer. That is the only setting that changes what your users see; search, filters and sorting only change the list.
  • A hidden offer is left out everywhere for that app: the offerwall, the embedded offerwall, the floating button, offer links and the Offers API.
  • Users still only see offers for their country and device, and offers that would round to 0 in your currency are never shown, so check your Reward rounding before you hide anything.

How do I choose which offers my users see?

Click Offers in the sidebar and, if you have several apps, pick the app at the top. Click Hide next to any offer you do not want and Show to bring it back; to change many at once, tick them and use the bar that appears. A hidden offer is left out of that app’s offerwall, embedded offerwall, floating button, offer links and Offers API, and the change applies right away.

The Offers page appears once your publisher application is approved and your first app is live. If you have no app yet, the page says “Add an app first”. For a tour of every column and view on the page, read How to use the Offers page; this guide focuses on choosing what your users see.

What decides which offers a user sees

Several rules work together. Only the first one is yours to change offer by offer:

RuleWho controls itWhere you see it
Hide or Show per offerYou, per appStatus Visible or Hidden
Country and device of the userThe offer’s targetingCountries flags and device list
Reward rounding in your currencyYou, in the Currency tabOffers that would give 0 are not shown
Access to the offerOur teamStatus Needs approval or Revoked
Daily cap or budgetThe offerStatus Cap reached or Not running

Users on VPNs, proxies, Tor or data center networks are blocked from the wall entirely, whatever you choose here. How Moonetix checks traffic explains those checks.

Step by step: hide or show offers

  1. In the sidebar under Publish, click Offers.
  2. If you have more than one app, click the app’s name in the row at the top. Each app has its own hidden offers.
  3. Narrow the list with the search box and the All devices, All countries, Any status and All categories filters. The list updates as you choose. The filters do not change what your users see.
  4. Pick an order in the Sort by menu: Best earning first, Newest first, Highest payout, Lowest payout, Best conversion rate, Highest EPC, Name A-Z, Most countries, Visible first or Hidden first. In the Table view you can also click the column headers.
  5. Click an offer’s name, image or Details to see its description, steps, payout per country, devices, conversion rate and EPC.
  6. Click Hide next to the offer. Its status changes to Hidden. Click Show to bring it back.
  7. To change several offers at once, tick them (or Select all for the offers on the current page) and click Hide or Show in the bar that shows how many are selected.

The summary line above the list tells you how many offers the app has and how many are shown, for example “120 offers · 112 shown in My Rewards Site” (illustrative figures). Conversion rate and EPC are network-wide, for the last 30 days. For offers paid by revenue share you see “Up to” the highest payout, with Revenue share below it.

Tip: hide as little as you can

More offers mean more chances for each user to find one they finish. Hide only what really does not fit your audience, and check Top offers on your dashboard before you hide an offer for its payout. A small offer that many users finish can earn you more than a big one nobody completes. Read your dashboard and reports shows where to look.

What every status means

  • Visible: your users can see the offer.
  • Hidden: you hid it. Its offer link does not open either.
  • New: a filter and a blue badge for offers that went live recently. The Offers item in the sidebar also counts new offers since your last visit.
  • Needs approval: the offer is only for approved publishers. Click Request access; the button changes to Requested, and you get a notification when it is decided.
  • Cap reached: the offer has a daily cap that is used up. It shows to your users again the next day.
  • Not running: the offer is paused for now, for example because its budget or a daily limit is used up. It comes back on its own.
  • Revoked: your access to this offer was revoked, so it is not shown and its link does not work.

Access decisions are made by our team; under the publisher terms we decide which offers are available to each publisher and app, taking traffic quality into account.

Offers with several versions

Some advertisers send the same app as several offers, for example one per device or country set. The Offers page shows them as one card with the number of versions under the payout. Hide and Show on the card act on all versions. In the offer’s details, the Versions table lists each one with its countries, device, payout and status, and the eye button hides or shows a single version. Your users see the version that fits their device and country.

Choosing offers for your audience

Hide offers that clash with your property or the rules of the platform you run on. Two examples where official rules matter:

  • Mixed-audience mobile apps. Google Play’s Families policy requires that ads shown to children or users of unknown age present content appropriate for children. An offerwall needs users aged 16 or older, so keep it behind your age check rather than relying on hiding offers.
  • Kids Category apps on iOS. Apple’s App Review Guidelines (1.3) say Kids Category apps should not include third-party advertising. An offerwall does not belong there at all (checked on November 4, 2026).

For everyday choices, hiding a whole category is quick: pick it in All categories, click Select all, then Hide, and repeat on each page of results. New offers in that category are not hidden automatically, so check the New filter from time to time.

Under Offer link in an offer’s details, click Copy to get a link that opens just that offer:

https://wall.moonetix.com/{APP_ID}/offer/{OFFER_ID}?user_id={USER_ID}&hash={HASH}

Fill in {USER_ID} and {HASH} exactly as in your offerwall link, on your server. If your user IDs can contain characters such as + or @, URL-encode them; MDN’s encodeURIComponent reference shows how in JavaScript. Rewards and postbacks are the same as on your offerwall, and a link to a hidden offer does not open it. For an offer with several versions, one link opens the version that fits the user. Use offer links only for signed-in users, never in public posts; Direct offer links covers good uses.

What happens after you hide an offer

  • Changes apply right away. Users who already have the offerwall open see them as soon as the list reloads.
  • Hidden offers stay on the Offers page with the Hidden status. Set the status filter to Hidden to see all of them.
  • Hidden offers are also left out of the Offers API response for your app, so you do not need to filter them again in your own code. Build your own offerwall with an Offers API shows how to sort and group what is left.
  • Hiding works on top of the other rules. Users still only see the offers available for their country and device.

If something goes wrong

  • “No offers match”. Your search or filters leave nothing in the list. Click clear the filters (or Clear filters next to the filters) to see every offer again.
  • Fewer offers than expected. Set the status filter to Hidden to see what you hid, then check the country and device you are testing with. Also check Reward rounding in the app’s Currency tab: offers that would give your user 0 are not shown. How to set your virtual currency exchange rate helps you avoid this.
  • An offer link does not open the offer. Check that the offer is Visible for that app, available in the user’s country and on their device, and that {USER_ID} and {HASH} are filled in like in your offerwall link.

The technical details are in the docs under Choose which offers your users see.

Fewer offers than you expect?

Moonetix is a pay-per-result affiliate network, and new offers show up on your Offers page and your wall automatically. If your wall still looks thin, open Chat with us in the dashboard with your App ID and the country you test from. See how the wall works for the full flow.

Frequently asked questions

Does hiding an offer also apply to the Offers API?

Yes. The offers you hide are left out of your offerwall and of the Offers API of the same app.

Do the search and filters change what my users see?

No. The search, the filters and sorting only change the list on your Offers page. Only Hide and Show change what your users see.

Can I hide a whole category?

Not with one setting, but it takes a few clicks: pick the category, click Select all, then Hide, on each page of results. New offers in that category are not hidden automatically.

Can I hide every offer below a certain payout?

Not automatically. Choose Lowest payout in the Sort by menu, tick the offers you do not want, and click Hide.

How do I get an offer that says Needs approval?

Click Request access on the offer. Our team decides, and you get a notification; a request that was not approved can be sent again after a while.

Can I hide different offers on my website and in my mobile app?

Hidden offers belong to one app. If you need different ones for two places, add a second app for the other place, then pick it at the top of the Offers page.
