Key takeaways
- The Dashboard compares the date range you pick, the last 30 days by default, with the period before, and shows your earnings, Top offers and Recent conversions.
- Reports has five lists: Performance, Conversions, Chargebacks, Postbacks and Traffic quality. The lists have a date range, filters, totals and Export CSV.
- Payments shows your next payout and payment terms, your minimum payout, your payout method, and every monthly payout with its status and a PDF summary.
How do you read your Moonetix dashboard and reports?
Click Dashboard for your last 30 days at a glance: clicks, earnings, conversions and conversion rate, each compared with the period before. For totals by day, offer, country, sub ID, app or device, and for every single result, open Reports in the sidebar and choose Performance, Conversions, Chargebacks, Postbacks or Traffic quality. For your money, open Payments under Account.
Your numbers fill in once a live app has users. To pull the same numbers into your own tools, use the Reporting API, as the Reporting API quick start shows. Labels below were checked against the dashboard on November 4, 2026.

Step by step: the Dashboard
- Click Dashboard at the top of the sidebar. Until your setup is done, the top right shows Setup with your progress and the next step, for example Turn on login verification or Set up your postback.
- Your balance is in the top bar. Click it to open Payments. The eye icon next to it hides or shows the amount.
- Use the date menu at the top right to pick a range: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, This month, Last month, or Custom range (up to one year). Four cards compare it with the period before. Hover over or tap the info icon next to each title to see what it counts:
- Clicks: how many times your users started an offer, through any of your integrations.
- Earnings: credited earnings.
- Conversions: credited conversions. Each step of a multi-step offer counts on its own.
- Conversion rate: share of clicks that led to at least one credited conversion.
- If you have more than one app, use the All apps menu next to the date menu to see one app.
- The Earnings panel shows your credited earnings per day (per hour for a single day), with the total for your range.
- The Top offers panel ranks offers by earnings and shows EPC (earnings per click). Switch between Your top offers, with what you Earned on each offer, and Moonetix top offers, with CVR (conversion rate), and between Today, 7 days and 30 days. Moonetix top offers ranks offers that are live now by what they earned for all publishers.
- Recent conversions, marked Live, lists your latest results and updates by itself. Click View all to open Conversions.
Clicks and results of the test user owner-test are never counted. New to these terms? Read eCPM and EPC explained.
Step by step: Reports
- In the sidebar under Reports, click one of the lists, or switch between them with the tabs at the top of each report:
- Performance: clicks, conversions, earnings, EPC, conversion rate and reversed amounts grouped by Daily, Offers, Countries, Sub IDs, Apps or Devices, with a total row and, in the daily view, an earnings chart. Click a row to open its conversions.
- Conversions: every offer your users completed. Totals: Credited conversions, Earnings, Average payout and Reversed conversions. Each row has the date, app (if you have more than one), user with sub IDs, offer with its transaction ID, IP address with a country flag, status (Credited, Pending, Rejected with its reason, or Reversed), reward and payout.
- Chargebacks: conversions that were reversed after they were credited. Totals: Chargebacks, Amount and Users. Each row shows when it was reversed and when it was credited.
- Postbacks: every postback we sent to your URL. Totals: Sent, Delivered, Delivered later and Not delivered. Each row shows the event, your server’s HTTP code or No answer, Details with the URL and the response, and a Resend button where a failed postback can be sent again.
- Traffic quality: how many of your users the offerwall blocked, and why, with a verdict (Good, Needs attention, Poor, or Not enough traffic), the reasons, where blocked users come from, and the list of blocked users. How Moonetix checks traffic explains the checks.
- Pick the dates with the date menu at the top right. Then use the filters above the list: App (if you have more than one), Search for a user, transaction, offer or sub ID on Conversions and Chargebacks, Status (Credited or Reversed) and Country on Conversions, and Result (Delivered, Delivered later or Not delivered) on Postbacks. You can also click a total, such as Not delivered, to show only those rows. On a phone, the filters sit behind the Filters button.
- When the list has entries, click Export CSV at the top right to download the list with your current filters, up to 50,000 rows. The file is named after the report, the app and the dates, for example
sharklio-conversions-all-apps-all-time_to_2026-11-04.csv.
A CSV file is plain text with one record per line and commas between fields, the format described in RFC 4180, so it opens in any spreadsheet. Google’s help page on importing data into Google Sheets lists .csv among the supported formats.
Times in every report are shown in your account time zone, with a Change link under the list. Report time zones explains why a day can look different from your own server’s logs.
Tip: check failed postbacks every week
On Postbacks, set Result to Not delivered. Any real event there means a user may be missing a reward. A 2xx code means your server accepted the call; MDN’s HTTP status code reference explains the others you may see, such as 301, 403 or 404. Then follow How to resend a failed postback.
Step by step: Payments
- Click Payments under Account in the sidebar, or click your balance in the top bar.
- Read the three tiles: Next payout (the amount of a statement that is ready, or how much is still to go to your minimum, with your payment terms, Net‑15 by default), the current month so far (earnings since the 1st), and Total paid (all time).
- Below them, the payout method bar shows where your payouts go, for example Paid in PayPal or a crypto coin with your address, and a Change payout method button. Without a method it says Add a payout method so we can pay you: no payout is created, and your earnings carry over.
- In the How do payouts work? box, choose Your minimum payout: $25 by default, or $50, $100, $200, $500 or $1,000 if you prefer fewer, larger payouts. PayPal needs at least $100, so lower amounts are greyed out when PayPal is your method.
- Under Payouts, on the 1st of each month, if your unpaid earnings reached your minimum, a payout appears with its period, amount and Pending status. It changes to Sending while a crypto payout is on its way and to Paid once it is sent, with the date in Paid on. Click PDF for a payout summary. You do not need to send us an invoice.
Earnings confirmed in a calendar month are paid on your payment terms after that month ends and a final review. Amounts below your minimum carry over, and reversed results are deducted, in the month they are reversed. Read Publisher earnings, settlement, and reversals for the details, and What is a reversal rate? to judge your Chargebacks numbers.
On a phone
Use the tab bar at the bottom: Dashboard, Offers, Apps, Reports, Payments and More. The Reports tab opens Performance, and the tabs at the top of the report switch to the other lists. The postback report link in your app’s postback settings opens the failed postbacks. Each table row shows as a card with labels.
Reading the numbers right
- The Dashboard and Conversions disagree. The Dashboard counts only credited results in its range. Conversions lists every result, including reversed ones, for all time until you pick dates.
- Earnings dropped but clicks did not. Open Performance by Countries or Offers. A shift in country mix or an offer that ended is the usual cause.
- Many users are blocked. Open Traffic quality and check the main reason and source before you promote the wall further. Traffic quality rules lists what is not allowed.
Need help with a number?
Click Chat with us in the dashboard sidebar and include the report, the filters and a transaction ID. How to contact Moonetix support lists every option.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the Dashboard and my reports show different numbers?
The Dashboard covers the range you pick, the last 30 days by default, counts only credited results, and leaves out the test user. Conversions and Chargebacks list every result, including reversed ones, for the dates you choose, all time by default.
Where do chargebacks count on a payout?
In the month the result was reversed, not the month it was first credited.
Can I get these numbers through an API?
Yes. The Reporting API returns clicks, conversions, earnings, conversion rate and EPC by day, country, offer, integration or sub ID, plus the list of transactions, using your app’s API key.
Can I export only one app?
Yes. Choose the app in the App filter first, then click Export CSV.
Can I download a payout statement?
Yes. Each payout on the Payments page has a PDF button with a payout summary. The name and address on it come from Name and address on the Account page.
What does Not enough traffic mean on Traffic quality?
There are too few users in the period for a fair verdict. Pick a longer date range or check again once more users have opened the wall.
