Is Moonetix legit?

Yes. Moonetix is a pay-per-result affiliate network run by a registered company, Shark Earnings LLP, with its legal details, terms and privacy policy published on this site. Advertisers pay only for the conversions their own server confirms with a postback, every offer is checked by staff before it goes live, and publishers are paid monthly by PayPal or in crypto. Users can report a missing reward, which our team checks with the advertiser.

That is our own answer, so this page sticks to things you can check: who we are, which rules apply, and how each part works. You will not find ratings, testimonials or growth numbers here. Where a rule is written in our Terms of Service, we say so, so you can read the source yourself. Facts on this page were checked on November 4, 2026.

Who runs Moonetix?

Moonetix is operated by Shark Earnings LLP, registration number LL0003387 in British Columbia, Canada, with its registered address at 5307 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC V5P 3V6, Canada. The same details appear at the bottom of every policy page under “Who you are contracting with”. The terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Moonetix was founded by Krisztián Stark, who is the named contact person for the company. Years of running a rewards site are the reason Moonetix was built the way it is: we have seen the offerwall from the user’s side, and we know what users expect from a fair offer.

You can reach us at support@moonetix.com for anything about your account or a decision, and at privacy@moonetix.com for data requests. Publishers can also click Chat with us in the dashboard. Our Privacy Policy lists the service providers that process data for us and what each of them receives.

How offers are reviewed before they go live

No offer reaches the offerwall without a staff review. Advertising on Moonetix runs through custom integrations: we work with each advertiser directly to agree the offer, the payout per conversion, the target countries and how conversions are tracked, and our team reviews the offer before it goes live. The reviewer checks that the offer is legitimate, that what the user has to do is clear, that the link works, and that it is allowed under our advertising rules and the Terms of Service.

  • Some products are never allowed, such as malware, phishing, adult content, weapons, drugs and offers that ask users to send money. Gambling is accepted only from licensed operators and reviewed case by case. What Moonetix does not advertise lists them all.
  • Live offers stay under review. Staff can pause or remove a live offer that breaks the rules after launch, for example because its landing page changed.

How Moonetix reviews offers and apps walks through the full process.

How advertisers pay only for confirmed conversions

Advertisers pay only for the conversions their postback confirms, at the payout per conversion agreed with our team. Nothing is charged for impressions or clicks:

SituationCharged?
A user sees the offer on the offerwallNo
A user opens the offer and leaves without convertingNo
The advertiser’s server confirms a conversion with a postbackYes, at the agreed payout per conversion

Because a conversion is confirmed by the advertiser’s own server, nothing is counted that the advertiser did not report. Pay only for approved results explains the model from the advertiser’s side.

What happens when a reward is missing

Every offer step is credited automatically when the advertiser’s server confirms it. On the offerwall, the user follows started offers in My offers and credited rewards in My rewards. If a reward does not arrive, the user can tap Report on the offer in My offers, or use the form at moonetix.com/missing-reward. Our team checks the click in our records and, when needed, asks the advertiser to check it. If the advertiser confirms the completion, the reward is credited and reaches the user’s balance on the site automatically.

The rule cuts both ways. Users cannot force a payment for an offer they did not complete, and a completion the advertiser confirms is credited. Are offerwalls legit? covers the same question from the user’s side.

How we protect against fraud

Our Terms describe the protection in layers, and we keep the details of our checks private so they are harder to work around:

  • Offer review before anything goes live.
  • Network checks on the offerwall, which blocks VPN, proxy, Tor and datacenter traffic.
  • Limits on how often a user can complete an offer, and rate limits across the service.
  • Automated checks and manual checks by our staff, which may consider activity history, completion patterns, security challenges and information from advertisers.

The rules for end users forbid bots, multiple accounts, VPNs and proxies used to hide a location, and forged or edited screenshots. End users must be at least 16, with parental permission under 18. Where a check finds a material risk, we may reject or reverse completions, block a device or user from offers, hold or reverse publisher earnings, or close an account. Decisions that close a business account or withhold a publisher settlement are reviewed by a person. How Moonetix checks traffic explains what publishers see.

How publishers are reviewed

Publisher applications are open, and every one is reviewed by our team. Publishers create a free account and apply from their dashboard with a short form describing their website, app or community, who its users are, where they come from, and how they plan to show the offers. We look for a real audience, honest terms and a privacy notice that covers the offerwall, and content around the wall that is not adult, illegal or infringing. Once the application is approved, each website, game or app is added as a separate app that goes live right away, and our team can still pause any app or ban an account, for example for fraud or a break of the rules. Placement rules forbid hidden iframes, pop-ups that open without a click, pop-unders and paywalls. Get your publisher account approved has the full checklist.

Publisher payout terms

  • Net‑15 payouts. Earnings confirmed in a calendar month are settled after that month ends, with a payout statement on the 1st, paid after a final review.
  • $25 default minimum payout. You can raise it to $50, $100, $200, $500 or $1,000 on the Payments page. A smaller amount carries over to the next month until the total reaches your minimum.
  • Payout methods: PayPal, with a 5.5% fee and a $100 minimum, or crypto: BTC, LTC, SOL, TRX, BNB on BNB Smart Chain, or USDC on Polygon, with a 1% fee. You save the method under Account, Payout method, and confirm it with a code from your email.
  • Reversals come first. Results reversed for fraud or unmet requirements are deducted before a payout.
  • Discrepancies must be raised within 30 days of the period in question.

If we close a publisher account for a reason other than a breach of the terms, confirmed earnings remain payable. Publisher earnings, settlement, and reversals explains the full lifecycle of a result.

How your account is protected

You register with an email address and a password, confirmed by a verification code, or with a Google or Discord account. Passwords need at least 10 characters with mixed case, a number and a special character. You can turn on login verification by email, so every login from a new device needs a 6-digit code, and turning it off needs a code as well. Devices you trust stay trusted for a year, and you can revoke one or all of them at any time, or use Log out everywhere. A new payout method is saved only with a code from your email. Secure your Moonetix account takes about five minutes.

How to check for yourself

  1. Read the Terms of Service, especially the sections for publishers, advertisers and fraud prevention.
  2. Compare the company details at the bottom of the policy pages with the public records of BC Registries. The British Columbia government page on requesting business or organization records explains the search and certificate options.
  3. Watch for impostors. The FTC’s guide on how to avoid a scam lists the classic signs: pretending to be a company you know, pressure to act now, and requests for payment in gift cards or crypto. Moonetix never asks publishers or users to pay anything to get paid. Fake Moonetix support scams shows real patterns.
  4. Ask us anything this page does not answer before you start. How to contact Moonetix support lists every channel.
  5. Advertisers: email business@moonetix.com with your questions about a custom integration before anything goes live. Publishers: start with one app and judge us on what you see in your own dashboard.

The FTC’s page on recognizing phishing is worth reading too. On Moonetix, a payout method can only be changed on the Account page while you are logged in, and only with a code from your email, so never type that code anywhere else.
